I contacted Verizon multiple times to have a pole and wires removed from my empty lot in Philadelphia. There is no easement on our property and we are building a home starting the January 13th week so if Verizon doesn't remove the pole and wires themselves it will be taken down to start our project. I originally contacted Verizon back in June 2020 and again in July 2020, again in August 2020, and again December 2020. Every time they open a ticket for me and when I call back I find out the ticket is closed with no explanation on why they closed it and of course the pole and wire are still sitting on our empty lot. When I called today they opened another ticket. Is there anything you can do to get Verizon to do their job? Again, there is no easement on our title for utilities so they have no right to keep the pole or wires on our yard. Please help!!! I have been trying and since they took no action we are ready to build our home. We can't delay it due to Verizon not doing their job. Can someone help here!!!!
