After recently becoming a Fios customer, I was informed I would be receiving a $50 prepaid Visa card. I have since received multiple emails from Verizon with the following instructions:
A. Click the Redeem now button below and sign in using your
My Verizon user ID and password
B. Once signed in click on the card image and follow
the instructions to register for your card
C. Watch for your card to arrive approximately 30 days
after you've registered
However, whenever I click on the Redeem Now button there is no card image on the following page to click on in order to find the registration page. I have contacted mulitple Verizon support representatives about this issue and none have been able to help, aside from "elevating" my ticket.
How hard can it be to just mail me the card, or at least email a working link to the redemption page?

non receipt of gift cards or premiums not received are handled by your states attorney generals office i would recommend you contact them and show the proof of the premium and even screen shots would be nice.
