Verizon did not send a complete order

I order  a new router, 3 network extenders and 2 usb wifi adapters.   The wifi adapters did not come and when I called they said they did not stock them despite them being on their accessories page.
I have chatted with many people as well as talking with many people and they can't seem to figure our where my order is or how to refund me for the incomplete order. The all send me elsewhere where i wait from 10-20 minutes to speak with a human. Very frustrated.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please check your Private Messenger inbox for a message from a Verizon support agent. You can find your inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
