Verizon does not honor its online offer for triple play

My contract expired for triple play some while back and I saw an offer from Altice One and figured I'd check to see what the Verizone Fios offer would be. I went on Myverizon and saw an offer for the same services I currently have for $94.99 instead of $134. 99. Rather than go through the trouble of switching I accepted the offer and shortly thereafter recieved confirmation via email only the price was $104.99 not $94.99. After speaking with customer service the rep said his supervisor could offer 6 months for $10 off. I said I would take the offer that was originally given to me and he couldn't help so I'm switching to Optimum Online. Nice work Verizon, I've only been a customer for 15 plus years.
