I switched to verizon for the Samsung offer they had and when the time came to redeem it they said I never signed up for the offer so I called them and was on phone for hours . While they sent me to different departments and no one knew what to do. I finally got someone that I thought helped me by switching my offer to a 200 dollar Visa card . They gave me confirmation number and told me to call rewards department so I called and again they had no record of anything. I really believe they bounce you around department to department to get you to give up . Now I get an email for a free movie from fios and as expected they charged me for it. I've had enough of this company and there lies as soon as my contract is over I'm leaving.
