Verizon's ERROR in Our Billing!

Upon receiving the new June Verizon bill, we noticed a $99.99 charge for the Mayweather/Pacquio fight which occurred on Saturday May 2, 2015! Problem is we never ordered that fight, did not watch it which Verizon claims we watched for 8 hours straight! We don't like boxing and have never ordered any pay per view event in all the 2 + years we have had Verizon services. Have noticed a number of other customers have experienced the same thing after reading other entries on this forum. It's the first of the month, new bill is in, and customers are seeing Verizon fraudulently billed them for something that they did not want. We called customer service and then were passed along to at least 6 different agents, all of whom refused to refund the $99.99, saying they have proof we ordered the event which is not true.  We need this to be resolved as soon as possible before we need to take next steps.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.

Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.

To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".

Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
