Verizon tore up my yard!!

Version tore up the sidewalk on front of my house weeks ago, they finally fixed the sidewalk but where grass was they put chunky dirt that will never grow anything. 

They didnt ask or tell us or anything, you go into a neighborhood rip up the grass and don’t fixt it??
