WHY DID I RECEIVE 25.00 REWARD POINTS WHEN MY WHOLE ACCOUNT HAVE NEW PHONES! ITS SHAMEFUL ON VERIZON PART, APPLY THE 25.00 DEVICE CREDIT TO MY BILL! BETWEEN HOME AND CELL PHONE I GIVE VERIZON ALMOST 500.00 A MONTH TO RECEIVE USELESS REWARD POINTS? CUSTOMER SHOULD BE ABLE TO PICK THE REWARD!
