I am trying to redeem (2) Verizon $100 gift cards.
I received these for signing up for Verizon Fios. My fios App says that I am eligible to redeem the gift cards today. When I click "learn more about my offer", I get looped back to the Myverizon web site, asked to re enter my username and password and then receive no other information.
I has "spoken" to 2 different techs on the chat feature and no one can help me. I was told to log in via different web tools (chrome, IE, Mozilla) and "ONCE YOU GET LOGGED IN, YOU WILL SEE A REDEEM TILE ON YOUR DASHBOARD IN THE UPPER RIGHT CORNER. FROM THERE YOU CAN REDEEM GIFT CARDS"
But, there is no redeem tile anywhere on the webpage or the Fios App.
I have scheduled a technician to call me in the morning tomorrow. But I do not know if they will be able to help me.
Please help. As this is very frustrating. Verizon advertises a promotion, and then makes the promotion too difficult to redeem.
