It seems like one out of every few posts are about this issue. I've seen lots of posts about this that date back over a year. Given the number of people who sign up for FiOS, this link/site sure seems to be conveniently broken often if not all of the time.
There also doesn't seem to be any way to resolve this except to post in this forum and have it "escalated" in a private conversation.
Has anybody reported this elsewhere? This seems like a way to get people to sign up—it's featured pretty prominently in the sign-up flow—but then make it unnecessarily difficult to redeem the $50.
