Visa gift card redemption

I was sent a link to redeem an offer for a $100 prepaid Visa gift card but was not redirected to a place to actually redeem the card. The email was only sent 6 hours ago but the expiration on the offer is marked 4/1? I can see that this is an issue many other people are having - is there a way to address this and actually redeem the card I was told I would receive?
