WHen I try to redeem my $50 dollar Visa Card I get a apache error when I click on the link

When I click on the reed now link for the $50 visa card I was promised I get a 

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

Or a 

500 error

I have no way to request the $50 gift card and I have been trying for 2 weeks now 😞
