Website NOT working!!

I have trying for several days to access my bill and payment options on MyVerizon and the system does not seem to be working or even acknowledging that I am logging on?? Is the system down? Will it be fixed soon? I should not have to pay $3.50 over the phone to pay my bill when I have been paying it online for free for years. What is going on??

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? And if that does not work, try a second browser.

I know that's the standard answer and does work in some cases, this is probably not the case this time around.  See this thread - there are multiple people having this issue now, and in my case it is the same using different browsers on different machines and also through the My Fios app.
