When does the Visa Prepaid card arrive?

Hello,

I just signed up for a triple play package with Verizon last month (September, 2018)...the "deal" included a $150 Visa Prepaid card.  My questions are:  do I need to do anything else to get it?  And how long does it take to arrive?
