Nevermind, I found the secret phone number 800-verizon.  I called and sat on hold for most of the time .  I had to laugh the end of the call when the rep. told that we are paying almost $200 a month for 7-10mbps internet speed because it's fiber optic and the best in the market.  What a joke.

Minimum speeds is usually much higher than 7-10 MB.

Why do you think your speeds are so low?
