Who designed your FIOS customer service office in Hempstead??

The FIOS customer service office in Hempstead is a poorly designed mess, to say the least.  The parking lot is in the rear of the buildings so customers that are carrying equipment to return or exchange have to walk a long distance to get into the office.  Once you're in the office, customers have to wait in a confined space and there is absolutely no place to put the equipment down while you wait over 30 minutes in line (How about a ledge or a table so you don't have to hold everything???).  The bill-paying kiosks are right next to the area where customers are waiting on line.  If somebody wants to pay a bill, they have to squeeze through the people waiting on line (most of whom are loaded down with cable boxes).

You have a LOT of disgruntled customers waiting on line...why aggravate them further by making it harder on them to conduct business with you??

Hempstead?  NY?  Lots of time they just rent building where ever that can get good deals or in some cases use old Telephone buildings never designed for customers to enter.

Remember these forums are for peer to peer help.  Probably wouldn't help but you could make suggestions in their Verizon Idea exchange. http://forums.verizon.com/t5/Verizon-Idea-Exchange/ct-p/ideaexchange

Ok,

They posted in that area and this thread was moved to here.

Considering that they posted and it was moved here, since their post does not seem to be an idea: What should they post in there?
