Hello Verizon Community!
The wire is down between the pole and my house, but still connected at both ends. I still have full service, so, other than potential safety issues and the higher liklihood that my service fails, I'm OK for now.
However, I'd like to be able to tell someone from Verizon that this condition exists. With the issues around here cause by the storm yesterday, I've been on hold for about three hours.
All I want to do is let someone know this condition exists, so I'm on some sort of eventual repair list. Is there an e-mail that I can send this information to? Without getting in touch with someone at Verizon, there's no way they would know that the wire is down, since it's still connected.
I'll remain on hold while I anxiously await any help here. Thanks!
