a disappointing experience

that i just spent over an hour and accomplished nothing is frustrating.

we've been with verizon a long time now and navigating the web site as a verizon account user always seems to be a useless endevour. 

silly us.  you always lead into endless circumlocutions: sales?

i was trying to report a sagging line, do you care?
