amazon/echo promotion does not work!I

I spend hours on the phone and on-line chat trying to find out why I can not redeem my echo. There is no link and the last rep told me to wait 60 more days (when the promotion ends!!) to try calling again. I am very disappointed that I cannot redeem my offer, I will look into ending the contract unless someone has had luck redeeming theirs
