best way to resolve a product issue
I recently purchased a Samsung tablet from my Verizon store it works for a total of two weeks they are now telling me I need to send it back and they may or may not send me a new one seems to me if I buy a product and it's less than 2 months old and there's a problem with it I should get a totally new replacement one.......not only that they sent me out a replacement box to send it back over 10 days ago it was supposedly said today overnight still haven't got itdon't know what's wrong with our customer service that no one's communicating with me
