browser compatibility

I always have difficulty paying my bill online using my default browser, which is Safari.  I have to use Firefox instead.

I can't be the only person who has this problem.  Why has no one fixed it?

just used Safari on my iPad 2

Was able to sign in with my Residential ID

and got to screen where I could Pay my bill

Running with iOS 9.3.5 the latest up to date

Search Engine on Safari is Google
