continued billing for cloud services

I called and had removed cloud services that was being billed under my home internet.  Yet Verizon after removing for one month continued to bill me.  When I look at My Bill under services online it shows the correct amount and that the Cloud Service is "optional", yet they have continued to charge me via autopay the extra $19.99 per month for the service.   I tried chat again, but they said I had to call in.  Good luck with that - when I call it puts you in voicemail hell and you can't prompt out of it.  Everyone should check their bills.   This billing seems does not seem to pass the smell test.
