I am getting so fed up with Verizon.   Constant issues, on the phone with a verizon tech for hours, the wait time is terrible.   I'm ready to switch back to my previous provider.  

right now i've been on hold waiting to talk to a tech for 45 minutes, that is not acceptable.   I call about the same problems over and over again.  What seems to be the problem?????

Internet speed is always slow, on demand keeps saying i'm not subscribed, how many times do i have to call about the same issues over and over again!
