gift card or award when signed up for Verizon fios at the state fair

We were promised a card to pay for installation which cost 90.00 dollars .They said none there but would receive in the mail We had installation Sept. 8 and received first bill which was more than estimate and have paid it but still no gift card .Did anyone else sign up at the fair and receive this gift card ?
