I made arrangements last week to have Fios installed on Oct 17.  The installation time agreed to was 10 to noon.  I am constantly getting messages asking me to confirm 1 to 3 pm.  I called this past Monday and spent forever getting to a real person and that person confirmed the install time as 10 to noon.  This morning I have a text message asking me to KEEP an appointment at 1 to 3.  What's going on?  And is this what I should expect from Verizon going forward
