missing purchased movies

Hi everyone
I've purchased quite a few movies over the past 9 years, and I've noticed that I'm missing a few of them. Sometimes I'm able to look up the movie and start playing it from the search page without having to re purchase it, but most of the time FiOS requires a new purchase. Other times I can access the complete library via my phone or tablet, but never on TV. Help!!!!
