How do i find my order status? Verizon seems to be running me in circles. Just trying to find the page where i can enter my 13 digit code. Thanks

There is no such page. You will have to call during normal business hours and wait for a person to come on the line. The website is useless and so is the chat service.
According to FIOS website, you should be able to see order status when you log in to My Verzion or via Fios APP.
Have you tried that?
