I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing an outage with all of their Fios? I want to make sure it isn't my box. Getting ahold of someone at Verizon has proven to be IMPOSSIBLE!

From what my news station has been saying power and services are down in different areas all up and down the eastern coast because of two huge snow storms.

my sister in law in North Carolina said she has been out of service internet & cable since last week. Right now she is using cellular to stay in touch.
