How do I file a property damage claim with Verizon?  A Verizon-owned telephone pole fell next to my house.  During cleanup, Verizon workers scratched up the railing in front of my house.  I am not talking about damage that occurred when the telephone pole fell.  I am talking about damage that Verizon workers did afterwards because they didn't take proper care while cleaning up.
