I activated my verizon triple play service at 6/13 and since then this order was supposed to be completed. However, there's a " Your account currently has a pending order" message popping up every time when I need to edit my service, including changing account holder's name, adding voicemail box to landline, etc.
I talked to a verizon representative on phone and she promised me this situation will be solved by 6/17 and she'll send me email when my requested alteration is done. So far, it's not working anyway and I don't think wasting another hour on the phone can solve this issue.
Since so many similar problems were posted and eventually resolved here. I hope someone can look into my case and fix it.
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board. you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information.
To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
