Recently, I lost 10 days connection of TV, Internet and phone. It was such an inconvenience for me during these 10 days. Verizon agreed to refund the amount of the days I lost service ONLY and told me they couldn't value the cost of inconvenience. I am a customer for more than 10 years.

Thats pretty much the response you would get from all service providers.
What you value inconveniece at could be different than others.
