samsung $200 credit

Was never able to redeem Samsung credit for $200. Spent hours on the phone with verizon. After being transferred countless times was told there was nothing they could do and they gave me the number to call Samsung. Samsung had no idea why they gave me the number to call them. The offer is fraud and they make it difficult to the point people give up. I see many people have had the same problem.  They should stand by their offers and not blame samsung.
