If you want to experience Hell on Earth, try dealing with the verizon chat people or the myriad of customer service numbers they give you. I would give details but I don't really want to go through the excruciating memories of my experience with Verizon. For a communication company, they CAN NOT Communicate. {please keep it relevant}
