I have been having issues with everything with Verizon since enrollment about month ago. I have not been able to verify my email address as the provided link does not work. I have also been trying to redeem my Visa gift card and the link provided does not work. Both links are expired and lead to errors and logs me out of my acocunt and both have been like that since the day they popped up/ enrollment. I have been having issues reaching any form of customer service to address this. What should I do?
