I spoke with 2 representatives on the phone for half hour and they sent me back-and-forth between each other to figure it out that there was literally nothing they could do and that they are having technical issues.I just want to know why I cannot redeem my $200 gift card from Verizon for signing up with fios. If I honestly new this would happen i would have not started this service with fios. I spend alot of money with wireless and now they treated me like i was nothing.
