I am out of the country (may or may not be relevant) and Verizon refuses to acknowledge my sign-in (I am positive I am using the correct name and password). The message is "not supported." What happened? I am sporadically able to get to my e-mail, but not often.

I am STILL having the same email issues as a lot of other people. You would think verizon would have this 'not supported' issue taken care of now. Comsast business class is starting to look real good to me about now. Anybody else?

I am also getting the message"Not Supported" I spent about 2 hours chatting with an online VZ agent and it still is not resolved. Any ideas? I can access through my IPAD2 and Droid but not laptop using Google Chrome.

Can't reach it since they offered their mprovement which I did not even accept. I got online with their overseas troubleshooters who would not even admit to the fact they had done an upgrade and they kept blaming the browser as that was propably all that their troubleshooting checklist could suggest. Re-installed the browser(firefox) and still NG. When I access MY VERIZON page I see my email window with all my new emails listed but when I try to view them I am sent to another window which does not show anything except the Red Tool bar that exist on the top of all their pages. I guess it's time to go to GMAIL.
