Damaged Verizon Utility Box

Hello. I found a severely damaged Verizon utility box with some wires exposed in my back yard when removing some overgrown palm trees.  Would it be possible to have someone come out and repair, replace or removeimagewas wedged in corner between fence and palm treeimagewas wedged between fence and tree the box? I have attached some pictures for your review. Thank you for your assistance.
