Difficulty Redeeming Verizon Gift card reward

I am surprised to find many people with this same issue.

I have received email since November 2021 that my reward is ready, after multiple calls and chats, no gift card has come since then.

Why do you promise what customers have to struggle to get? Verizon seems to have a better name than playing customers. Please fix this issue soonest.
