Eligible for Echo Show 10 on 1/27/2023, logged in 1/27/2023 says I'm pending eligibility. Ok weird, logged back in 1/28/23 still not seeing any link appear. Logged in today 1/30/23 and no mention of Echo Show. This was provided as per my contract. Please assist.
Must install & maintain eligible Fios services in good standing for 65 days & redeem w/in 60 days thereafter, or by no later than 4.16.23, whichever is first.
Through other mentions of this same request in this forum, it seems like we each need to individually log a ticket.
