Gift Card Redemption Error

I have a $200 and $100 gift card showing ready to redeem. I previously completed the registration and used to be directed to a page where I could check the status. That no longer shows, I get redirected to a page with this message "Due to a system issue, the reward website is currently unavailable. Please try again later."  Can someone please help me redeem these credits?
