Initial installation and not satisfied, may cancel service all together

Message: we had fios installed and the 1st tech did not replace the cable. The 2nd tech came and verified that it was not correct cable. we were told we could either buy the 8 dollar a month service charge or dispute the bill when it arrived since the 1st installer did not install properly.....we should not be charged for work that was not completed properly at initial installation, please contact me ASAP, thank you.........never heard back, spoke with someone on the phone that was a supervisor who would not even listen to what we (husband and I) were saying....frustrating to be told one thing and now we are not even being listened to at all......like robots.....the same sentence over and over again.....they are valid charges, they are valid charges, they are valid charges......doesn't seem to be anyone in charge that is able to make decisions based on customer needs? Does anyone have the email address for me to send a message directly. Thanks for your help!

Hi Eileenalicea,

Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases".  There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
