Signed up for fios during the black Friday offer of getting a Nest Hub Max if you get gigabit service, and the tile to activate the Nest hub max still hasn't shown up. It said I'll be eligible after Feb 18th and waited till this point to see if it just needed some time to show up but no luck. Chatted with a rep a few days ago online a few days ago and they couldn't help at the end. Where can I go from here ?
