We have a damaged Verizon utility box in front of our house that is a safety hazard. The box was knocked over during the storm and wires are exposed. Called the 1800Verizon but it assumes I have an account which I do not. Where can I bring this issue up? We need this fixed. Thanks!

I tried to call, but was on hold for 30 mins!. This is a safety issue. Verizon please help!
