A technician was scheduled to come between 8 a.m. & Noon. He texted at 11:08 he was on his way and within 2 seconds a text from Verizon stated my case was resolved and closed. So, we waited all morning for nothing.
I chatted with a Verizon agent and wanted to know what the tech put down as the resolution. He was no help. I wanted the local Verizon business office phone number, so I could call someone in the office to let them know what the technician did, so it would not happen again to me or someone else. He was again no help.
This is the second time a technician was a no show over the last few years for other phone issues. What can be done about this? There's no place on the Verizon website to check case status anymore or put a complaint in. The local offices need to be aware what their people are doing, so it can be dealt with or this will continue to happen.
