Unable to Claim Nest Hub Max Offer

I signed up for gigabit service on Black Friday and from then until now, I had tiles on my dashboard telling me when I would be eligible to redeem the Nest Hub Max and Nest Audio offers. I received an email a couple days ago telling me my rewards were ready to redeem, however, the tiles on the dashboard didn't have a redeem button.

I reached out to support via text chat and they told me to call.

I called and they transferred me to someone who told me to just wait a few days.

Now the Nest Hub Max and Nest Audio tiles are missing from my dashboard altogether. 

Anyone else?
