I can only add one contact to my email message. Sometimes I want to send my message to two or more people. How do I send my email to more than one person without cutting and pasting one at a time from the cc box?

When you click the contact button next to "To, Cc or Bcc" do you get a new window to select contacts? In the pull down windows make sure ALL and All Groups are selected. You should see a list of contacts that can be selected.
If you do not try another computer or install a different browser for testing purposes.

Thank you for your reply.
I do get a new box but again I can only add one name at a time. The cursor just disappears. I add the one name, copy and paste it to the address line. Then I delete that name in the cc line so that I can add a new name and repeat the process.
I think this happened recently. I used to be able to add a number of addresses, one at a time, to the address line.

Glad to try to help, YOu could also go to user accounts in control panel, create a new user acount and use it to test and see if the issue persists.
