I have a Google pixel 3a. I can send and receive calls and texts in the USVI but I cannot access my voicemail. I have tried *86 and calling my own number with and without a 1. Always a busy signal. I am moving to USVI. I cannot keep Verizon if I cannot resolve this issue. Please help.
