I keep getting. Carrier set up notification that says I don't have a Verizon wireless account or I've used all my data. I have unlimited data. But I can't send or receive text messages nor can anyone else on my plan. Everything else is working with calls and internet so idk what's up with it. What could be the issue with the two

Hsmith21, we certainly want you and everyone else who is on your plan to have service. How long has this been occurring? What make and model phone do you have?
