I have just upgraded my 8330 os and have lost the option of "delete off handheld & mailbox" when deleting emails. I have gmail and yahoo accounts setup on my blackberry and when I go to delete emails, I only get the option to delete or cancel. When I select "delete", the emails are then deleted off the blackberry but remain on the computer. I tried deleting and reinstalling the email accounts and I have the option checked to synchronize deleted items between mailboxes yet I still have this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm not sure if you already tried this:
Open up your messages folder/icon
Scroll up to the date at the top of the screen
Select your blackberry menu button
Select options
Select email reconciliation
Under Message Services: (click the email listed and all of your emails should show up)
Next to Delete On: you have the option to select handheld/mailbox & handheld/prompt)
Make sure you save for each email you choose and the option you want
Give it a test. This should work
Hope this helps

Your welcome. Someone passed the info on to me when I first started using a bb so I'm just returning the favor.
