Phone randomly turned off and wont turn on. Can enter SAFE MODE screen but not pick that.. Can I go to a store to fix this during COVID , PLEASE HELP I HAVE NO PHONE

Which way did you try Safe Mode, while powered on? Or while powered off? Here is the link with instructions to boot into Safe Mode when the phone is off & unresponsive:

I don't think stores are open for normal business right now. My local store is only open for curbside pickup of orders. You could call your local store and see if they are doing customer service curbside, but probably not. Touching another person's phone right now is not the safest option. If all else fails you could call Verizon customer support; maybe they can send you a replacement phone?
